Changing the conversation changes everything!

Group Jazz works with organizations and communities to build their capacity to engage everyone in meetings, events, and initiatives that change the conversation about what matters.

We play a variety of roles on the team including DESIGNER, FACILITATOR, and COACH using Liberating Structures, a portfolio of methods and tools based on a pattern language for engagement.

Outcomes include:

  • Participants get on the same page around the nature and scope of a critical, shared challenge and their potential to make a difference.
  • Multiple, self-organized action plans for NEXT STEPS toward a shared vision of options are identified.
  • New possibilities for collaboration are discovered.
  • Participants leave with the capacity to pick up and use a portfolio of simple, powerful tools to make their own meetings and interactions more effective.

Group Jazz has deep experience applying ideas emerging from complexity science to challenges for leaders and organizations. We also have special expertise in working with boundary crossing teams to leverage virtual tools and media in ways that promote real engagement.
